Goa – Quest for the Perfect Beach

Many old-timers lament the fact that the Goa they once loved is gone. The beaches have fallen victim to ugly resorts and careless over-development. Along large stretches of the coast, they are right. But in our quest for the perfect Goan beach, I think we’ve proven that a few remnants of paradise still exist. You just have to look a little harder.

It’s so funny seeing you guys in the same places we went to. We stayed in Panjim Inn at the start, and I’m sure I spied you in Palolem – but where did you end up in that lovely hammock with the stream?

it’s great to hear from you once in a while. We loved Agonda beach in southern Goa but during one of our explorations, we found this absolutely beautiful and low-key beach with just a few roomy tents set up behind it. And not even far from Agonda – just north of it.

This was all filmed in Southern Goa. We stayed on Agonda Beach, ventured a little south to Palolem and checked out some of the more isolated beaches north of Agonda. We had a great time there!
